The Plati-Mat® allows secure positioning of newly transplanted trees, whilst offering major benefits over traditional root support systems.

Tree Anchoring Without Anchors - D-MAN

With the ever increasing desire to create beautiful landscapes in challenging urban environments and roof gardens there are many occasions where a standard tree anchoring system cannot be used due to the location of buried services or shallow planting areas. The award-winning D-MAN® is a strong, compact and lightweight system primarily designed to replace the traditional kerbstone or sleeper Deadman. D-MAN® can be used individually or in multiples and cells simply lock / unlock together. It has a distinctive letterbox style wire tendon anchor point and a unique cup for cup water for valuable water storage. D-MAN® is made from recycled plastic and when combined Plati-Mat and our own engineered ratchet tensioner provides excellent stability to the tree.

G-WALL Modular Living Wall System

G-WALL incorporates our already hugely successful and patented D-MAN® cell to ensure guaranteed strength and security for your living wall project. The modular nature of the G-Wall allows for incredibly simple vertical and horizontal expansion, using interlocking, omnidirectional cells with an individual cell capacity of 580ml. These cells use ‘jigsaw’ integration rails and are easily connected using lightweight hand tools. This makes our system incredibly versatile so that anyone can start using the system straight from the box.

Plati-Grip High-performance spiral anchor LATI-GRIP™ is a high-performance spiral anchor ideal for securing erosion blankets, geosynthetics, landscape fabrics and complements our existing range of Platipus ARGS® erosion and slope stability solutions. The 40mm Quadra cap, with integrated zip tie fixing slot, uniformly distributes load across the materials’ surface and allows an increasing assortment of other products to be secured such as small pipes, cables, cellular confinement and fencing. With over 40 years experience of designing anchoring solutions, Plati-Grip’s unique patented design, including drill point and dual thread, means it installs quickly, by hand, into most displaceable ground. It generates twin frustum cones that grip the soil tightly and provide unmatched pull-out resistance up to 30kg. Plati-Grip™ is made from durable commercial grade plastic, can be re-used and recycled.
