At BCA (Berkshire College of Agriculture), we provide excellent training for all apprentices including off-the-job training in industry-standard workshops. We can introduce potential apprentices to employers who provide them with the best experiences and skills. We also offer students on our vocational courses work experience placements with local employers.
Become an Apprentice:
An apprenticeship provides you with the opportunity to earn while you learn, whilst also working towards a nationally-recognised qualification. You will be employed by an employer and attend college usually for one day per week, where you will work towards a recognised qualification linked to your job role. This allows you to gain both practical on-the-job skills and become qualified for your career.
