STM are pleased to be back at GroundsFest – a show we really enjoy and which has proved to be extremely worthwhile.
In addition to products from the popular SCAG range of grasscutting machinery we are also showing this year the “Pink Warrior” which is part of our joint campaign with SCAG USA. This is a SCAG ride-on mower and it’s PINK because it is part of a Breast Cancer Awareness initiative.
“Supporting real-life warriors in the battle of their lives”.
Pink Warriors are Limited Edition machines specifically produced in the recognisable pink colouring, and with a sum from each machine sold going to Breast Cancer Awareness in the USA.
This message from SCAG as to what lay behind the idea: “Our reasoning is as the result of employees, employees’ family members and friends being affected by breast cancer, and a combined recognition that we as a company can contribute to the efforts to aid those affected and help fund research to try ending this terrible disease”.
In addition, the STM management have chosen to offer a Pink Warrior machine in a Prize Draw, with tickets at £5.00 being available using a QR code our website, promotional literature and magazine adverts with a draw to take place at Saltex on stand QO60
