We are excited to be back at GroundsFest 2026, showcasing how Ezyasset and Ezytreev are helping teams take a smarter, simpler approach to managing parks, open spaces, street and landscape assets, and trees.
You’ll find us at Stand L133, where our team will be running live demos and chatting through how our systems support everyday work – from mapping, inspections and risk identification, through to maintenance and reporting, budgeting, contractor management and processing enquiries.
Ezyasset is our flexible asset mapping and management platform designed to effectively manage any open space, park, street or landscape assets and equipment. Ezytreev is our specialist tree management system, built for organisations managing large and complex tree populations. Accessible via both a web interface and a mobile app, the system offers flexibility and convenience for asset/tree officers, as well as contractors.
Across both systems, visitors will see how easy it is to:

One of the things we’ll be showing is how configurable the system is. Organisations can set up their own asset types, fields, workflows, map symbols and reporting formats, so it fits the way they already work – not the other way round. We’ll also be talking about how we can helps teams improve communication between field and office staff.
TPO management: Ezytreev is the only system supporting TPO management functions on-site, with functionality for TPO surveying, reviews, amenity assessment, applications and enquiry processing.
And for those interested in community engagement, we’ll be showcasing EzyPortal – which allows councils to share tree data with the public through community and protected tree portals. It’s already being used by a number of UK authorities to make local green space information more accessible.
