Herbst Machinery Ltd manufacture Screening & Crushing equipment for the construction, demolition, recycling and groundworks / landscaping industries. The company has recently added a range of new screeners to their portfolio of products. These machines are playing a pivotal role for use in turf management and general landscaping, screening the likes of topsoil, aggregate and sand etc.
With the company’s continued innovation Herbst have recently launched the NEW GP28 Screener, which will be showcased @ Grounds Fest 2025.
This is a Single Deck Vibrating Screener for processing a wide variety of materials on site. The screening plant is different from anything else they produce, as it is mounted onto a car trailer chassis; A Fully Type Approved trailer supplied from a reputable manufacturer. This allows it to be towed behind any 4×4 Vehicle or Jeep with towing capacity up to 3,500Kg; Getting it to site becomes very simple and setup is very quick also.
Ideally the machine will be loaded with small excavator, skid steer machine or small telehandler with appropriate bucket size. The screen mesh size can be easily changed so that the desired product is produced for the customer, whether this be aggregate, topsoil, topdressing material or sand.
With its’ compact design and impressive performance, the GP28 is a very versatile machine. The small efficient powerpack, results in low running costs and is easily accessed for service & maintenance.
