Known for their built to last design and high performance, we all know the products and reputation of HANSA well. A focus for HANSA at GroundsFest 2024, will be the C21 road-tow.
Launched mid 2000 in New Zealand and Australia the C21 has become a go to for hundreds of landscapers, gardeners and arborists, providing functionality and performance in a powerful, compact and cost-effective package.
Now for the first time the C21 is available to customers across the United Kingdom and Ireland. The design changes and requirements to meet UK and EU law were overseen by Mitchell Sanson, the head engineer at HANSA.
“The C21 required a new chassis to be compliant in the UK and Ireland, a slight re-design was required to fit an ALKO chassis to the machine. Its great we can now offer the C21 to our customers in the northern hemisphere” says Sanson.
The C21PTO version has been available in the UK and Ireland since 2020, though customers were eager to get their hands on the C21 road-tow. The high demand for the C21 road-tow was in part due to the known performance of the PTO version of the chipper.
Andrew Wain the Business Development Manager for the UK is now busy arranging demonstrations of the C21 for customers and dealers “The calendar is filling up fast, the feedback has been brilliant. Customers now have a powerful & cost-effective, 5-inch capacity solution they can tow” says Wain.
Let’s take a look at the specs on the C21:
