PRESS RELEASE

Below you’ll find a press release template that you can edit and send to relevant trade media to announce your involvement in GroundsFest 2025. It’s a great way to build early excitement, raise awareness, and let the industry know you’ll be at the show. We also recommend publishing the release on your own website and sharing it through your channels. To help you get started, we’ve included a media list featuring key editorial contacts you can send your press release to. Don’t forget to send a photo as well. Ideally in landscape format and minimum file size of 1MB.

SHOW PREVIEW

In this section, you’ll find a Show Preview template ready for you to edit – a fantastic way to promote your presence at GroundsFest 2025. Your completed preview will be featured on the GroundsFest website, included in email campaigns to registered visitors, and shared across social media channels. Don’t miss out on this valuable exposure! Simply amend the template, attach a relevant landscape-format image (minimum file size of 1MB), and send everything to chris.bennett@groundsfest.com by Friday 9th August – the earlier, the better.
