GroundsFest is heading into 2026 with incredible momentum, following a record-breaking rebook phase that highlights the industry’s growing confidence in – and excitement for – the event.
During the rebook period, GroundsFest 2026 has already achieved:
- Nearly 200 exhibitor stand bookings already
- Over 20,000sqm of sold space
- More than 6,000sqm of extra floorplan added to meet demand
- Over 50 returning exhibitors increasing their stand space
- A host of new exhibitors preparing to join the line-up
- Brand-new event partners coming onboard for the 2026 show
The response from exhibitors has been exceptional. Many returning companies have chosen to expand their footprint, enabling them to showcase more products, host live demos, and engage with visitors on a bigger scale. The surge in demand has also driven a significant expansion of the floorplan, with additional indoor and outdoor areas introduced to support the growing exhibitor base.
GroundsFest’s Sales Director Charles Neale said the record rebook demonstrates the strength of the show’s community and its impact on the industry:
