Chappell Enterprises UK carry out the full recruitment process including.

We follow the above process for all contract types including seasonal, fixed term, temp to perm or permanent contract workers.
Here is a brief summary of how our different services work
• Permanent Transfer
o You pay a percentage fee, and the worker becomes a permanent employee from day 1. There is a rebate/refund scheme in place if a worker were to leave within the first 3 months of employment, first we will attempt to replace the worker for free, if that is not possible we will provide a percentage refund based on length of service.
• Temp to Perm
o A “try before you buy scheme” usually over 13 or 26 weeks (although flexible to your needs). The worker will start the job on the CEUK payroll. We will charge you weekly for the PAYE Cost (Pay Rate, Holiday Pay and Employer statutory contributions) and our margin. After the agreed temp to perm period is complete, the worker would then move to you on a permanent contract and a Transfer Fee will be charged.
o The Transfer Fee is calculated from what we would charge on a permanent placement, minus the margin made during the temp to period.
o There is no rebate on the Transfer Fee as you have had the temp to perm period to decide if a person is the right fit for you.
• Temp/Contract
o Perfect for seasonal vacancies. CEUK will charge you weekly for the PAYE Cost (Pay Rate, Holiday Pay and Employer statutory contributions) and our margin. At the end of the contract, the worker leaves or you can decide to extend the temp assignment or negotiate a new agreement with the recruitment agency, for example a temp to perm fee.
