Measuring and levelling specialist STABILA is heading to GroundsFest 2024, in the year that the German company is celebrating its 135th anniversary. Thanks to its innovations and the high quality of its measurement equipment, STABILA is one of the most important manufacturers of folding rules, spirit levels and laser-assisted measuring tools in the world.

We’ll have a range of our laser measuring equipment for diverse areas of use on display, including STABILA distance measuring lasers, multi-line lasers, rotation lasers and laser accessories. Laser levels and laser distance measurers are essential aids for any trade in construction due to their high level of accuracy and vast measuring range. Rotation lasers are suitable for accurate levelling over great distances due to their working area of up to 800m. With them, you can level horizontally and vertically and also create inclinations. Point and line lasers, on the other hand, are frequently used at close range. For direct work on visible laser lines and points. Laser distance measurers are the first choice when it comes down to accurate, quick and simple distance measuring.
A range of our well known, and not so well known, STABILA spirit levels will also be on display. Each measurement task is different and requires a spirit level of the right length. STABILA has developed a suitable spirit level for every application: from the aluminium rectangular profile available in various profile cross-sections through to extremely tough profiles made of cast aluminium. Torpedo and pocket spirit levels from STABILA feature a distinct compact design. They easily fit in the pocket of work trousers, are perfect for all measuring tasks in cramped conditions and should be part of every toolbox. A selection of closed case and open reel tapes (20m up to 100m) will also be on show. Closed case and open reel tapes are measuring tapes equipped with a manual crank to retract the tape measure. Depending on the design, the tape measure is either rolled into an enclosed casing or an open frame to store it securely and transport it safely after use.
